摘要
目的 :观察冷哮丸全方及拆方的止咳作用及其机理。方法 :用小鼠氨水引咳法、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法及电刺激猫喉上神经引咳法。结果 :全方组、拆方 1组及拆方 2组对氨水所致小鼠咳嗽及枸橼所致豚鼠咳嗽均有显著的止咳作用。对电刺激猫喉上神经所致咳嗽 ,只有全方组能使其咳嗽阈值明显提高 ,拆方 1及拆方 2无此作用。结论 :冷哮丸有止咳作用 ,全方的止咳作用部位可能在中枢。
Objective: To observe the effects of Lengxiao Pill (LP) on antitussive in various animals. Methods: It was used to observe the response of the prescriptions to initiation cough by ammonia water in mice, by citric acid in guinea pigs and electrical stimulation superior laryngeal nerve in cats. Results: There were striking antitussive effect of the LP. Conclusion: There is an antitussive effect by LP on experimental cough in animals. The antitussive mechanism of action of whole formula is at centre.
