摘要
目的 考察替加氟新型前体脂质体的小肠吸收情况。方法 采用大鼠离体小肠吸收法 ,UV法测定黏膜液及浆膜液中替加氟浓度 ,以浓度对时间作图 ,计算曲线下面积。结果 前体脂质体给药后测得的浆膜液吸收曲线下面积大于水溶液给药后测得的曲线下面积。
Objective To study the small intestinal absorption of tegafur new proliposome in rat. Method The isolated small intestinal absorption method was developed, and the concentration of tegafur was determined both in mucosal and serosal fluid. The area under curve(AUC) of concentration-time curve was obtained. Results The AUC in serosal fluid of proliposome was much larger than that of tegafur aqueous solution. Conclusion The prepared proliposome can improve the small intestinal absorption of tegafur.
