摘要
介绍了双乙酸钠的性质、制备方法及其在食品防腐保鲜中的应用,并对双乙酸钠与其他防腐剂进行了比较,阐明了双乙酸钠的应用现状及前景。
This paper mainly introduces the properties,preparation method and application of sodium diacetate in food preservation, compares its effects with other food preservatives, and expounds the application prospect of sodium diacetate in food industry.
