摘要
目的:对5-乙酰氨基阿司匹林(AASA)的抗炎作用进行初步研究。方法:采用小鼠耳廓肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性增加以及大鼠足跖肿胀法研究抗炎作用。结果:AASA高、低剂量组的耳廓肿胀度分别为4.7和2.8mg,伊文思蓝渗出量分别为3.5和1.2μg·mL^(-1),足跖肿胀度(1~4h)分别为0.28~0.31和0.18~0.29ml;对照组耳廓肿胀度为11.4mg,伊文思蓝渗出量为5.1μg·mL^(-1),足跖肿胀度为0.35-0.51ml。AASA的LD_(50)为2 709mg·kg^(-1)(小鼠,ig)。结论:AASA的抗炎作用比阿司匹林(ASA)强,毒性比ASA低。
Objective:To study anti-inflammable effect of 5-acetamidoaspirin( AASA). Meth-ods:In this study,mice ear swelling and rats paw edema technique were adopted to evaluate the anti-inflammable effect of AASA. Results:For high and low dose groups of AASA, the ear swelling degree was 4. 7 and 2. 8mg,the Evans blue induced effusion was 3. 5 and 1. 2μg·mL-1 and the paw edema volume (1-4h) was 0.28 - 0.31 and 0.18-0.29mL respectively. And in the control groups the ear swelling degree was 11. 4mg and the Evans blue induced effusion was 5.1μg·mL-1 and the paw edema volume was 0. 35-0. 51mL. The LD50 for AASA was 2 709mg·kg-1. Conclusion: In comparison with aspirin.AASA has a stronger anti-inflammable effect and a lower acute toxicity.
