摘要 目的介绍阿司匹林铜的合成和质量控制。方法利用阿司匹林和硫酸铜合成阿司匹林铜;间接碘量法测定阿司匹林铜的含量。结果本品制备方法可靠,生成物纯净。检测方法可靠,重复性良好。结论合成方法简易可行;质量控制方法准确、可靠。 Objective To introduce the synthesis, and assay of contents of aspirin copper. Methods Aspirin and copper sulfate were used to synthesize aspirin copper. Content of aspirin copper was determined with indirect iodometric titration. Results The synthesis method was simple and credible, and the formation is pure. The method to determine the contents of aspirin copper was accurate and reliable. Conclusion The preparation is simple and stable, and the method for quality control is accurate and reliable.
