摘要
根据神经外科的护理特点 ,在抓安全的基础上狠抓了基础护理的到位管理。对危重病人、一级护理病人“三短六洁”的护理措施落实到班、时间到人。重视最佳基础护理流动红旗评比 ,以促进基础护理质量达标 ,将有关内容贴在排班本上并将达标项目落实到各班次 ,加强卫生健康宣教 ,制定护患联系卡、术前术后教育卡 ,严格明确基础护理中护士的职责和陪护的协助范围 ,增强安全意识达到安全护理 ,激发护士争先进的热情 ,提高基础护理的达标率 ,提高病人满意率 。
The focusing basic nursing care has been introduced into our department. Based on nursing specialty of neurosurgery, the safety of patient is the top consideration. Many kinds of activities were carried out and the quality of nursing did improve a lot. The enthusiasm of nursing staff was stimulated and patients were fully satisfied.
