摘要
目的了解护理人员基础护理实施现状,以便采取有效对策,提高基础护理质量,为病人提供更优质的服务。方法采用自行设计问卷对护士、护生、护工及病人进行调查,了解我科护理人员基础护理的实施现状及认知情况。结果护理人员缺乏对基础护理内涵的认识,过分依赖于护工,导致基础护理落实不到位。结论要提高基础护理质量,必须注重护士、护生职业素质的培养、教育,转变观念及态度,增强其主动服务意识,明确护工职责,加大护理管理力度。
Objective To determine the situation of primary nursing care, in order to take effective countermeasures to improve the quality of primary nursing care and provide better service for patients. Method The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the present situation and attitude upon primary nursing care. Data were collected on nursing staff, nursing students, and hospitalized patients in the department of general surgery. Results Nursing staff lacked enough appreciation to the meaning of primary nursing care and showed overdependenee on unqualified nursing assistants,which resulted that primary nursing care eouldn＇ t be thoroughly implemented. Conclusions In order to improve the quality of primary nursing care,it is necessary to strengthen the training and cultivation of professional quality of nursing staff and nursing students, renovate the concept and attitude to nursing care, enhance the consciousness of active - service,identify the duties and responsibilities of nursing assistants and further improve human resources management.
