摘要
目的 了解护士对现代护理观和基础护理认识现状，探究两者之间的关系，正确评价护理人员在认识上的问题，以便采取有效对策，进一步推动基础护理工作的落实。方法 采用问卷调查法，以北京市3所三级甲等综合医院182名临床护士为研究对象。调查其对现代护理观及基础护理的认识状况，并分析此2者之间的相关性。结果 （1）护士对现代护理观及基础护理的认识存在严重不足；（2）护士对基础护理与现代护理观的认识成正相关关系，r=0．516，P〈0．01，其中护士对职能扩延观的认识更大地影响其对基础护理的认识；（3）临床上存在部分基础护理依靠家属或护工的状况。结论 护士对现代护理观认识的不足，导致了对基础护理认识上的偏差，从而阻碍了基础护理工作的落实。
Objective To know the conditon of cognition of modern nuring conception and basic nursing from nurses, and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Interviewed 182 nurses from three hospitals in Beijing by questionnaires to know the conditon of cognition of modern nursing conception and basic nursing from nurses, and then analyzed the relationship between them. Results The knowl- edge about modern nursing conception and basic nursing from nurses was poor. There was a positive correlation between the cognition of nurses about modern nursing conception and basic nursing, r=0.516,P〈 0.01. The results indicated that the cognition of career idea of nurses influenced the condition of their basic nursing. Conclusions The spareness of mordern nursing conception of nurses induced the windage of basic nursing, which influenced the implement of basic nursing.
