摘要 本文根据造就现代人的目标,对教育教学系统进行优化,提出“三位一体,分流培养”教育教学模式。其基本思想是,要实现培养目标,就需要将学校、企业和社会一体化;课堂、课外和假期教学一体化以及生产、教学和科研一体化,学生分大类招生,低年级统一培养,高年级实施按不同专业方向进行分流。以国家教育部示范性高职院校——金华职业技术学院旅游系为实践基地,研究了该模式的实际应用及如何充分利用资源,最大限度地提高教育教学质量问题。 According to the aim of bringing up the modern people and optimizing the system of education and teaching, this paper puts forward a new mode of education and teaching, 'three in one integrity, distributary to forster.' The basic ideology is that, if we want to fulfill the foster aim, we have to put the college, en-terprise and society into one integrity, the teaching in class, after class and on holiday into one integrity, and the production, teaching and scientinc reseach into one integrity. The students should be recruited by the most subjects, united to forster during low grades, but distributary to different specialities during high grade. Take the demonstration college awarded by China's Education Department-----Jinhua College of Pro-fession and Technology as practice base, we can research into the practical application of this mode and the problem how to make full use of it to increase the quality of education and teaching to a most great extent.
