摘要
旅游实验饭店是实施校企合作、产学研结合的新形式,也是我们在饭店管理与服务专业教学改革与实践中的一种探索。建立旅游实验饭店,将社会资源转变为学校教学资源,定期、不定期地对学生进行轮换实训,以实验饭店的“定单”为导向定向培养。不仅可为学校节省资金,更主要的是,旅游实验饭店涉及到高、中、低不同档次的饭店,处在不同的旅游城市,不仅使学生在实践中可以直接进行对客服务,也使他们感受了不同的饭店文化,最前沿的经营管理理念、服务意识和方式,这些都是在学校的课堂和模拟实验室里学不到的。同时也为饭店解决人手紧缺问题,实现双赢。
Establishing the tour restaurant base for students'work experience is a new form to cany out the cooperation between school and enterprises and to embody the combination of producing, studying and researching. Meanwhile, it explores the teaching reform and practice in the field of restaurant management and service, establishing the tour restaurant base for students'work Experience will turn society resources into teaching resources, thus training the students rotationally, regularly or irregularly. Because of the different levels, which are divided into high, middle and low, and different tourism cities, the oriented education, which is guided by the detailed requirements of the tour restaurant base for students' work experience, is not only to economize the use of limited fund; to make the students serve the customers directly and face-to-face; but also to experience the impacts brought by various cultures; and know about the advanced managerial philosophy and service consciousness and ways. All the above-mentioned contents can't be taught in the class or mimic labs. It can also solve the problem of lacking the manpower and thus achieve win-win.
