摘要
目的 探讨解脲支原体 (UU)对人输卵管粘膜上皮细胞的粘附力。方法 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 7月选择因孕母严重疾患不宜继续妊娠而要求终止妊娠 ,行引产术的 6个月孕龄的死婴输卵管粘膜组织及人输卵管粘膜上皮细胞体外粘附模型 ,进行UU对人输卵管粘膜上皮细胞体外粘附试验 ,并通过扫描电子显微镜进行观察。结果 UU标准株和临床分离株作用后的人输卵管粘膜上皮细胞均有UU粘附 ,除散在的UU粘附外 ,还可见集结的UU粘附在输卵管的粘膜上 ;UU的形态典型 ,以呈杆形为多 ,也可见少量小球形和哑铃形等多种形态 ,另外 ,UU的大小也差异较大。结论 UU可以粘附于人输卵管粘膜上皮细胞上 ,人输卵管粘膜上皮组织可能存在UU的粘附素受体 。
Objective To explore the adhesiveness of ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) to the epithelial cells of human fallopian tube.Methods From January 2001 to July 2002,an in vitro bacterial adherence model with human fallopian tubal mucosa was developed.The mucosa specimens were taken from 6 months old human fetuses aborted due to severe maternal diseases.All the specimens were infected with UU in vitro and were observed with scanning electronic microscope.Results UU of clinic strain and standard strain could attach to tubal mucosa.Some dispersed and some concentrated on the epithelial cells,in different shapes and of different sizes.Conclusion UU can adhere to human fallopian tubal mucosa cells.There might be adhesin receptors on the tubal mucosa,thus UU might cause damage to the epithelial cells of human fallopian tube.
