摘要
应用死后72h以内死婴皮植于9例大面积烧伤病人创面，以氧耗量作为其质量的监测指标，经实验与临床效果来探讨成活率与皮片氧耗量之间的相关性。结果表明：皮片的氧耗量与植皮成活率呈正相关（R＝0．730）。皮片氧耗量＞8．66KPa，移植成活率达90％以上，＜8．00KPa移植成活率仅达5％。提示：植异体皮前测定其氧耗量是保证皮片成活的重要客观指标。
The surface of wound of 9 cases large area burning patients were transplanted with dead infan skin within 72h,and survival quality was monitored with oxygen consumption to discuss correlation between skin graft survival rate and oxy-gen consumption.The result showed that skin graft oxygen consumption was positive correlative with survival rate (R =0.730). If O2 consumption> 8.%KPa, then survival rate could be more than 90%, otherwise, O2 consumption <8.00 KPa, survival rate only reach 5 %. The conclusion was that to measure heterogenous skin graft O2 consumption was animportant index to ensure graft survives.
