摘要
目的:建立力多口服液中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用C18 SUPELCO色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(25∶75∶0.1),在270nm波长处检测。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.1066～0.5330 g范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.73%,RSD=1.21%(n=6)。结论:该方法结果准确、重现性好,可用于测定力多口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Liduo oral liquid. Methods: C18 SUPELCO column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-Phosphoric acid (25∶75∶0.1). The detection wavelength was at 270nm. Results: The linear range of icariin was 0.1066～0.5330g, r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.73%, RSD=1.21% (n=6). Conclusion:The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for the determination of icariin in Liduo oral liquid.
