摘要
目的:优选补肾温肺合剂提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以淫羊藿苷含量为指标,优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为淫羊藿等10味药加10倍量水煎煮3次,1.5 h/次。结论:该提取工艺条件稳定、可行。
Objective： To optimize the extracting technology of Bushenwenfei mixture.Methods：The extracting technology ior Bushenwenfei mixture was optimized by orthogonal design with contents of Icariine as indexes.Results：The optimum extraction conditions were as follows： Herba Epimedh and extracting the other nine kinds of herbs 3 times（1.5 hours per times） by water decoction with 10 times amount of water.Conclusion：This optimized extracting technology of Bushenwenfei mixture is stable and feasible.
