Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Zn(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer from 2-(m-Methoxy)phenyl-imidazole Dicarboxylate

摘要 采用有机配体2-(3-甲氧基)苯基-4,5-咪唑二羧酸(H3MOPhIDC)和辅助配体邻菲啰啉(Phen)与Zn(Ⅱ)在水热条件下自组装,制得一维配位聚合物[Zn(HMOPhIDC)(Phen)]n.通过元素分析、红外光谱以及X射线单晶衍射对它的分子结构进行表征.结果表明:通过分子间氢键以及π-π堆积力的作用,形成了三维固态超分子结构.该配合物在362℃以下稳定. A one-dimensional coordination polymer, [ Zn ( HMOPhlDC ) (Phen) ] n was prepared through reaction of 2- (3-methoxy) phenyl-4, 5-imidazole dicarboxylic acid ( H3 MOPhIDC ) with Zn ( 11 ) ion under hydrothermal condition. Its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The result showed that by intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π - π stacking interactions, the 3D solid-state supramolecular structure was formed. The complex was thermal stable up to 362 ℃.
