摘要
阐述了近红外技术的原理、特点;介绍了近红外技术在谷物种子类、果品蔬菜类、烟草类、油类作物、肉制品、乳制品检测中的应用;展望了近红外技术的应用前景。
The characteristic and the principle of near infrared technology are represented.It's applications in inspecting of ce-real seeds,fruits and vegetables,tobaccos,oil-bearing crops,meat products and dairy products are reviewed.This paper also indicates the application prospect of near infrared technology.
