不同训练手段对无氧代谢能力影响的研究

摘要 对24名学生进行了不同段落的重复跑练习和血乳酸测试,结果发现,45~60m段落跑后血乳酸急剧升高,形成血乳酸激增的"转折"阶段,在此阶段之前的30~45m段落是发展磷酸原系统供能能力的最适跑距,之后的60~80m主要发展速度耐力。实验组经过10周不同段落的训练后,其非乳酸能和乳酸能供能能力、100m成绩、PAP、AAP发生了不同的反应,并与训练前和对照组相比均有显著提高。该研究表明,10s超极量强度无氧训练法并不能明显提高磷酸原系统的供能能力。 The 24 students carried on the repeating run in the various phases and their lactic acid of blood was determined. The results were that their lactic acid of blood raised quickly after running 45~60?m and formed the turning phase of the lactic acid of blood raising guickly. The 30~40?m phase was the best running distance of developing the powering ability of ATP-CP and the 60~80?m was for developing speed and endurance. After ten weeks train of the various phases,the powering ability from nonlactic acid and lactic acid,100?m running,PAP,AAP of the experimental team occured the various reactions,and had obvious increase than the one before training and of the contrast group. The research showed that 10?s superstrength nonoxidative train method couldnt raise obviously the powering ability of ATP-CP.
