摘要
通过文献资料法和专家访谈法,就如何进行大强度、大运动量的训练进行分析。结论认为,业余田径训练进行大强度大运动量的训练才能提高训练的有效性。
To promote the track and field performances,training should be done under the scientific theories. The athletes should have large amount of exercise. This paper mainly studies methods of carrying out big intensity and large amount of exercise of order to offer references for the amateur track and field training.
