摘要
为促进我国城市图书馆稳步发展,适应人民群众不断变化的需求和对图书馆的使用方式,文章选择美国城市公共图书馆西雅图图书馆制定的规划文本,利用文献分析和案例分析法对2011—2015年发展规划和2017—2019年发展规划进行分析,发现西雅图图书馆制定战略规划文本内容越来越详细、时间跨度越来越小、对图书馆的营销推广渗透在规划文本的细节之中,服务策略更加满足读者需求。我国城市图书馆制定规划文本时应重视时效性、丰富规划文本的内容、利用规划文本进行图书馆营销。
In order to promote the steady development of China’s urban libraries and adapt to readers’changing needs for them to better utilize libraries,the paper selects the planning texts from 2011-2015 and 2017-2019 of the Seattle Library.Through literature analysis and case analysis,the paper finds that the strategic planning text contents become more detailed year by year,the time span is getting smaller,the marketing promotion of the library penetrates is more detailed through planning text,and the service strategy is more suitable for readers.When making plans from libraries in urban areas,we need to make sure that plans keep pace with the times and cover various aspects and that we can facilitate library marketing based on the plan texts.
