摘要
图书馆作为读者实现个人信息权益的公共场所,有义务采取各种措施保证读者在利用图书馆资源过程中个人信息不被泄露或被第三方非法利用。公共图书馆应增强法治意识,依法、全面、科学地保护读者的个人信息,完善各种相关保护规定和管控措施,确保读者个人信息权益保护合法有效。
As a public place for readers’personal information rights,library has the obligation to take various measures,ensure readers’personal information not be leakage or illegal utilization in the process of utilizing library resources.Public libraries should strengthen legal consciousness,protect readers’personal information in accordance with the law,comprehensively and scientifically,and improve various relevant protection regulations and control measures,to ensure that the protection of readers’personal information rights is legal and effective.
