摘要
《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》构建了公共图书馆服务信息公开体系,其中,第十八条对省级文化主管部门公开本行政区域内公共图书馆基本信息做出了明确规定。本文调研了31个省级政府文化主管部门落实《公共图书馆法》第十八条的现状,总结了有效做法,分析了存在问题,提出了改进建议。
The Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China has established a public library service information disclosure system,in which article 18 has made clear provisions on provincial cultural departments’disclosing public library information in the administrative areas.Cases of 31 provincial cultural departments are studied to investigate the implementation of Article 18 of the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China.Effective practices are summarized,the existing problems are discussed and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
