摘要
文章以传统web服务质量水平评价指标体系为基础,结合云服务相关特性,从安全保障、成本、服务性能和客户反馈四个方面的服务质量信息构建云服务质量水平评价指标体系,并基于这一指标体系和云服务性质,构建了一个动态模糊综合评价模型,以期对云服务质量水平进行综合全面动态的评价。
Based on the traditional web service quality evaluation index system, this paper combines with the features related to the cloud services, and builds cloud service quality evaluation index system from four aspects of service quality information such as safety, cost, service performance and customer feedback. And then based on this index system and the characteristics of the cloud services, the paper constructs a dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model so as to evaluate the cloud service quality level comprehensively and dynamically.
