摘要
文章简述了图书馆知识服务的概念及其图书馆知识服务水平评价的意义,构建了一套图书馆知识服务水平评价的指标体系,应用模糊数学中综合评价方法,对图书馆知识服务水平进行综合评价,并运用"最大隶属度"原则,评价出图书馆知识服务水平。
This paper briefs the concept of library knowledge service and the meaning of its evaluation.It then constructs an evaluation system for library knowledge service,and makes an evaluation with the application of comprehensive evaluation method in fuzzy mathematics.Finally,it evaluates the service level with the principle of＂maximal subordinate degree＂.
