摘要
该文在被动悬架可行设计区理论和工程实践的基础上,由悬架减振器的开阀阻尼系数、最大开阀阻尼系数和平安比构造的非线性外特性为依据,对轿车、微车减振器匹配"软簧轻阻尼"悬架的设计与反求工程,以及减摩擦力、降噪声的软件和硬件质量控制工程,提出了原则性的方法和应用工程结论.
Based on the theory of passive suspension feasibility design area and the engineering practice, this article takes a non-linear outer characteristic as the reference,which is structured by the suspension shock absorber's open-up damping coefficient, full-open damping coefficient and the smoothness-to-safety ratio. According to the non-linear characteristic, this article puts forward some principle methods and applied engineering conclusions to the sedan/min car shock absorber suspension design and reverse engineering focusing on the soft spring and light damping. The article discusses the way of the software and hardware quality control to reduce friction and noise as well.
