摘要
介绍了a-淀粉酶的性质及其在浆料助剂和变性淀粉预处理中的应用现状,分析了α-淀粉酶在应用中存在的问题,提出了其发展建议.
The properties of a - amylase and its application to sizing agent and pretreatment of modified starch were introduced. The problems associated with a - amylase application were analyzed and suggestions on its development were also presented.
