摘要
研究槲皮苷对实验性高脂血症大鼠抗氧化能力和血脂代谢的影响。采用实验性高脂血症大鼠为模型,探讨槲皮苷高剂量、中剂量、低剂量3个剂量组对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平、肝脂水平以及血清和肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,与高脂血症对照组相比较,槲皮苷高剂量组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血清和肝脏总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,并显著降低血清低密度脂蛋白,升高血清高密度脂蛋白水平,还可明显降低血清和肝脏中MDA含量,升高SOD活性。槲皮苷能调节实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢,抑制肝脏脂肪沉积,这可能与其抗自由基介导的脂质过氧化作用有关。
To study the effects of quercitrin on the antioxidant capacity and blood- liquid metabolism in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Using experimental hyperlipidemia rats for the mode,to discuss the effects of quercitrin high,medium and low doses on blood lipid levels,liver lipid levels,MDA content and SOD activity in serum and liver tissue of experimental hyperlipidemia rats. The results showed that after treated with quercitrin[40mg /( kg·d) po for 21 days],TC and TG levels in serum and liver were reduced remarkably,LDL- C reduced,HDL- C increased,the content of MDA decreased and the activity of SOD increased significantly in serum and liver.Quercitrin can regulate blood lipid metabolism in experimental hyperlipemia rats and restrain fatty deposition in liver which may be related to quercitrin's function of preventing lipoprotein peroxidization.
