摘要
介绍一种新研制的适合于大型冷冲模镶块刃口堆焊的专用堆焊焊条 ,通过试验确定了焊条的合金成分并给出了比较合理的焊芯和焊条药皮化学成分。测试结果表明 ,新焊条堆焊层金属的化学成分、硬度、硬度梯度、金相组织均满足在铸铁基体上堆焊制造冷冲模镶块的要求 ,具有良好的焊接工艺性能 ,与常用冷冲模堆焊焊条D32 2的对比试验表明 ,在相同条件下 ,新型焊条的耐磨性能优于D32 2。
A specific hard-facing electrode is developed for die insert of big form cold die.The composition of electrode bar and electrode coating are given out experimentally.The chemical composition,hardness,and microstructure of the hard-facing metal are all satisfactory for manufacturing the cold die by welding on the base metal of pig iron.The wear resistant comparative test of hard-facing layers were carried out between the new electrode and normal hard-facing electrode D322.The experimental results showed that the wear resistance of the new electrode is higher than that of the electrode D322 under the same condition.
