摘要
目的 了解和掌握兰州地区鲜牛乳中磺胺类兽药残留水平及其分布规律。方法 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定 4种磺胺类兽药的残留量。结果 鲜 (生 )乳中磺胺的残留检出率为 7 41% ,磺胺嘧啶为 4 44 % ,甲氧苄基嘧啶为 12 5 9% ,磺胺甲恶唑为 2 1 48%。结论 鲜牛乳中磺胺类兽药残留问题突出 ,应强化监管。
To study the level of the sulfa remains of beast drugs in fresh milk and its distribution regularity. Highly effective liquid chromatography was applied to determine the sulfa remains of the four kinds of beast drugs in fresh milk. The detective rate of sulfonamide was 7.41%, sulfadiazine 4.44%, trimethoprim 12.59% and sulfamethozazole 21.48%. [Conclusion] Sulfa remains of beast drugs in fresh milk is a serious problem. Surveillance and management should be strengthened.
