摘要 发酵过程在线检测系统包含原位微量取样、级联稀释和微型生物传感器。选择标准葡萄糖溶液作为系统的校正液,符合测试方便、检测线性范围宽、对系统无污染的要求:葡萄糖酶传感器在谷氨酸发酵周期28小时内测定次数15次,平均误差率为1.686%,酶传感器测定抗干扰性强,稳定性较高。 On-line analysis system of bioprocess consists of in -situ micro sampling,cascade dilution device and micro-biosensors.Standard glucose calibratioin method replaced the CuSO4 calibration method due to its wide measuring ranges,no contamination to system and ease of calibration.A total of 15times detection was made during the 28hr period of glutamate fermentation;the error rate of the glucose biosensor was 1.686%.The results indicated that the on-line glucose biosensor measuring system had a stronger disturbance resistant ability and good stability.
