摘要
起重机钢结构的疲劳寿命计算,可采用应力比法或应力幅法。文章对两种方法的计算原则进行了剖析,对美国NCHRP机构利用不同材质与不同结构形式钢梁所作的疲劳试验作了详尽介绍,认为焊接结构的疲劳寿命主要取决于应力幅和连接形式,与最大应力、应力比和钢种的关系不大,建议我国起重机设计规范改用应力幅法。
Calculation of crane metal structure on fatigue life may be carried out according to either stress ratio or stress amplitude in related structure. This paper analyses both methods and describes in detail the fatigue test of crane girder made of different grade of steel with different design, which is completed by American NCHRP. The author points out, that the fatigue life of welded structure is mainly determined by its stress amplitude and joint design, and has little to do with its maximum stress and stress ratio as well as the sort of steel, it is made of. The paper proposes the Design rules of crane, valid in our country apply stress amplitude method instead of stress ratio method.
