摘要
为更好地对港口门座式起重机进行全面的安全检验和安全等级评定,建立含权重因子的新型风险评价模型.该方法首先确立使门座式起重机失效的"人、机、环境、管理"等多种不确定影响因素和失效后果因素;然后在模糊理论的基础上,基于简化模糊综合运算过程,建立一种含权重因子的新型风险评价系统.运用该评价系统对实际案例进行评价,验证其可行性.根据风险结的存在,建议起重机风险评价未来的研究方向.
In order to carry out thorough safety inspection and safety rank assessment for portal cranes in ports,a new risk evaluation model with weight factors is built. First,many kinds of uncertain failure influencing factors of portal cranes related to man,machine,environment and management are determined,and the failure consequence factors are also determined. Then,on the basis of the fuzzy theory,a new risk evaluation system with weight factors is established in order to simplify the fuzzy comprehensive operation process. Through the evaluation on an actual case by the new risk evaluation system,the feasibility is verified. At last,the future research direction of risk evaluation on portal cranes is proposed according to the existence of risk ties.
