摘要 应用面向对象的程序设计语言Visual C++对三维参数化图形设计软件SolidWorks进行二次开发,将知识工程的思想与集装箱起重机梯子平台的设计相结合,开发出基于知识工程的集装箱起重机梯子平台智能快速设计系统(Intelligent and Rapid Design System for Stairs and Plats of Container Crane,IRDS-SPCC).综合参数化设计、特征建模和软件集成等技术,将产品的特征和产品中凝聚的知识、经验和规则一体封装,提出了"自上而下"的智能布梯的设计思路,并建立内容丰富的实例库,实现了从集装箱起重机梯子平台总体设计到零部件设计与分析的数字化.该系统的研究可为集装箱起重机整机设计及其他大型复杂机械产品的设计提供可借鉴的经验. This paper presents an intelligent and rapid design system for stairs and plats of container crane (IRDS-SPCC) based on the combination of the theory of knowledge based engineering (KBE) with the design of stairs and plats of container crane. 3D parametric graphic software SolidWorks is redeveloped by program language Visual C+ + which is object-oriented programming(OOP). The features, facts, experiments and rules of the product design can be encapsulated into various kinds of case libraries by using the technologies of parametric design, feature-based modeling and software integration. Based on "From top to bottom" intelligent assembly design idea, the digital method of design and analysis from the whole design to the parts' design of the stairs and plats of container is accomplished. The study can provide plentiful experience for design of stairs and plats and other complex mechanical products.
