摘要
为解决高等学校岗位考核的定量评价问题,引入模糊数学方法,并通过模糊评价建立了综合评价体系.此体系将一般性的德、能、勤、绩考核发展为按不同岗位设置不同内容的岗位考核,融合了领导、同行和学生的不同评价,使考核和评价结果更趋合理.
The method of fuzzy mathematics is introduced so that the problem of quantitative evaluation of the post examination is solved in colleges and universities. The synthetical evaluation system including the political integrity, ability, attendance and performances checked with different standards corresponding different working posts has been set up by fuzzy evaluation. The results show that the evaluations appraised by leaders, colleagues and students are more reasonable.
