摘要
文章采用卡特尔16PF(8种人格因素分析)量表评定及问卷调查等方法,对高校工科毕业生的心理素质的具体表现进行调查,着重对反映学生自我意识的自信心、意志力和社交能力等方面进行分析,同时提出高校应加强学生的世界观、人生观和价值观教育,加强心理健康教育和社交能力的培养,以及加强毕业生就业理论研究等具体措施。
Cartel 16PF (8 personality analysis)evaluation and paper investigation are used in this essay to analyze the specific reaction of mental quality of engineering graduates, putting emphasis on their selfconfidence, willpower and social ability which can reflect their selfawareness. Meanwhile, it suggests that college should enhance education of students' outlook on world, life and value, improve the cultivation of mental healthy and social ability, and some countermeasures against strengthening the theory research about graduates' employment guidance are also raised.
