摘要
21世纪,高等学校毕业生不包分配,自主择业产生心理障碍。为此,我们对不同类型高校学生群体问卷调查,寻找大学生产生心理障碍的原因,探索调适大学生就业心理障碍的方法、手段和对策。
In the 21st century, graduates of higher education don't guarantee job assignment,and they have to choose a job independently (therefore) they should have psychological obstacles. We have launched investigations in order to find the reasons why they have psychological obstacles, and the solutions to psychological obstacles.
