摘要
采用卡特尔 16PF(8种人格因素分析 )量表及问卷调查 ,对工科特困生的心理素质的具体表现进行调查分析 ,并对其形成原因作出探讨 。
Cartel 16PF (8 personality analysis) and questionnaires are used in this essay in order to analyze the specific reaction of the mental quality of poverty stricken engineering students and its causes, suggestions and countermeasures of management and education are also raised.
