摘要
随着信息技术的发展,英语在传播英美文明中的作用越显突出,影响力越来越大。如何摆正本民族语言和文化与英语和英美文化之间的关系、如何对英语的作用和英语教育重新进行定位,是中国和其他发展中国家必须正视的问题。
