摘要
首先对供应链构建的基本过程进行了分析,然后在考察构建供应链时企业间特有关系的基础上建立了相应的评价指标体系,最后论述了运用AHP法局部选择构建供应链、评估供应链代理商的方法。
It firstly analyses the procedure of supply chain constructing,then based on the study of the economic relations among supply chain companies, creates the corres-ponding assessing system.Finally it discusses how to select & construct by AHP method.
