摘要
知识经济时代构建具有最优知识合作效应的项目团队成为组织提升自身工作绩效的一种有效方式.在分析项目团队分阶段开展知识合作活动的基础上,提出了一种具有最优知识合作效应的项目团队组建方法.对所提方法中最优知识合作效应的评价指标体系、相应的模型构建和求解进行了详细的描述,并且通过应用实例说明了所提方法的实际应用.所提方法通过促进项目团队成员开展基于知识的合作,优化人力资源配置,达到提高组织知识管理水平的目的.
In the knowledge economy era, to build up project team possessing classic knowledge collaboration is an effective way on promoting the work performance. Based on the analysis of the knowledge collaboration activity of project team at different stages, a method for building up project team possessing classic knowledge collaboration is proposed. The evaluation index system, the construction and solution of relevant model in the method were described and a case studied showed that the knowledge management level of organization was enhanced and the allocation of human resource was optimized by promoting the knowledge collahorntion among members in project team.
