摘要
20世纪60年代,党中央决定在工业、交通部门试办托拉斯。周恩来对试办托拉斯工作作了许多指示、批示,对试办托拉斯的必要性、目的、性质、原则和组建方法等问题作了具体阐述,这些思想对于今天的国有企业改革具有重大的借鉴意义。
In 1960s, The Party Central Committee decided to make an attempt to set up the Trust in industry and traffic sectors. Zhou Enlai made a lot of instruction and comments for the task and gave a concrete statement about the necessity, purpose, nature, principle and meaning of setting up the Trust. The thoughts are still of great significance for the reform of today′s state-owned enterprises as a reference.
