摘要
[目的]观察舒郁止痛法联合阿司匹林治疗头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组42例阿司匹林,0.3～0.6g/次,3次/d;同时给予局部冷敷的非药物治疗。治疗组42例舒郁止痛法,白芍15g,川夸30g,白芷2.5g,香附3g,白芥子6g,天麻9g,柴胡、甘草、郁李仁各3g;1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚服用。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。痊愈患者随访2年,比较复发情况。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,好转10例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为95.23%。对照组痊愈13例,好转15例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率为83.33%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。复发率治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]舒郁止痛法对头痛症状缓解方面具有明显促进作用,值得推广。
[Objective]View Shuyu Zhitong Method efficacy in combination with aspirin to treat headaches.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,84 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to pumping.Control group,42 cases of aspirin,0.3 ～ 0.6g / time,3 times / d;while giving local cold non-drug therapy.Treatment group 42 cases Shuyu Zhitong Method,Baishao 15g,Chuankua 30g,Baizhi 2.5g,Xiangfu 3g,Baijiezi 6g,Tianma 9g,Chaihu,Gancao,Yuliren each 3g;1 does / d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later take.10d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions,recurrence.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.For healing patients 1 to 2 years follow-up,compared recurrence.[Results]The cure 21 cases,improved in 10 cases,effective in nine cases,2 cases,the total effective rate was 95.23%.Control group cured 13 cases,improved in 15 cases,effective in 7 cases,7 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Relapse rate in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Shu Yu headache pain relief method has obvious role in promoting worthy of promotion.
