摘要
[目的]观察头痛宁联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑抑郁症头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院/门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例头痛宁,2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组40例帕罗西汀,20mg/次,1次/d;头痛宁治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、发作频率、持续时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]VAS评分、发作频率、持续时间两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]头痛宁联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑抑郁症头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]Observation Toutongning joint SSRI antidepressants in treating anxiety depression headache treatment.[Methods]Random parallel control method,80 cases of outpatient treatment order randomly divided into two simple numbers.The control group of 40 patients Toutongning,2/,3 times/d.Treatment of 40 cases of SSRI antidepressant group- paroxetine,20 mg/times,1 times/d;Toutongning treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for two weeks for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms,VAS score,seizure frequency,duration,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]VAS score,seizure frequency,duration improved in both groups（P〈0.05,P〈0.0,1）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Toutongning joint SSRI antidepressants（paroxetine） in the treatment of depression anxiety headache,results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
