摘要
石圪台煤矿22305综采工作面使用华宁KTC150-Z主控制器实现了对天信改造电控破碎机、转载机、刮板运输机等三机和天信改造电控卡玛特泵站的集中控制。介绍了该集中控制在综采工作面的实现方式、应用情况以及通过视频采集实现多岗合一的少人增效效果。
Crusher、stage loader、scraper conveyer and pump station were centrally controlled in the 22305 fully mechanized mining face under the use of Hua Ning KTC150-Z controller by Shigtai Coal Mine. The paper introduced the realization method and the application of the controller in the fully mechanized mining face along with the synergistic effect that merged multiple positions into one through video acquisition.
