摘要
石化企业在国民经济中的作用越来越重要。保证安全生产是石化企业顺利发展的关键,而有效利用视频监控等高技术手段已成为石化企业安全生产的重点。经过对石化企业现有监控系统方案和方案实施现状的研究,发现石化企业视频监控系统方案的合理性,前端防爆摄像设备的选择,以及中间传输设备、后端显控和存储设备确定等方面是视频监控系统的设计重点。视频监控方案需要考虑设备安装、布线、接地及防雷等系统的设计。系统设备要根据不同的使用要求,分别选择不同类型的防爆摄像设备。中间传输及后端显控设备时刻关注技术进步,选择技术成熟性能稳定的传输方式及显控设备。最后,提供了存储设备的选择及系统容量计算方式。该研究为石化企业防爆视频监控系统的设计提供参考。
The role of petrochemical enterprises in the national economy is increasingly important.Ensuring safe production is the key to the smooth development of petrochemical enterprises,and the effective use of high-tech means such as video surveillance has become the focus of safety production for petrochemical enterprises.Through the study of the current surveillance system schemes and their implementation status in petrochemical enterprises,the rationality of the video surveillance system scheme is found,the selection of the front-end explosion-proof camera equipment and the determination of the intermediate transmission equipment,the back-end display and control and storage equipment are the key points in the design of the video surveillance system.For the video surveillance scheme,the design of equipment installation,wiring,grounding and lightning protection system shall be considered;for the system equipment,different types of explosion-proof camera equipment shall be selected according to different operational requirements.For intermediate transmission and back-end display control equipment,always pay attention to technological advancement,and select the transmission mode and display control equipment with mature technology and stable performance.The selection of storage devices and the calculation method of system capacity are also provided.The research provides redferences for the design of explosion-proof video monitoring system in petrochemical enterprises.
