摘要
结合某500 kV变电站无人值班科技项目研究,提出了500 kV变电站远方集中监控系统应该满足安全、可靠、实时、先进等要求,维护要求简单方便。认为监控系统的建设模式可优先采用调度系统与集控系统一体化建设。系统采用功能分布式设计和全网络结构,双重化冗余配置,应用软件按功能发布在各台服务器和工作站。集控系统功能应用软件包括基本SCADA软件和监控管理、处理软件。论述了适应500 kV变电站无人值班的技术措施(程序化操作票传送、保护管理功能集成、责任分区及信息分层/分流、实时信息分析告警)等。
For a 500 kV unmanned substation project, the centralized remote monitoring system is presented, which meets the requirements of security, reliability, real-time performance, high-technology and easy -maintenance. The construction mode of integrative system of power dispatch automation and centralized control is suggested, which adopts the design of distributed functions, the structure of total network and the redundant configuration. The application software are distributed among servers and workstations according to functionalities, including basic SCADA, monitoring management and processing software. The technical procedures suitable for 500 kV unmanned substation are discussed in terms of programmed operation ticket delivery, protection management function integration, responsibility division, hierarchical and distributed information flow, real-time information analysis and alarm, etc..
