肇庆市老年糖尿病病人肌功能减退相关因素分析 被引量:4

Related factors analysis of muscle dysfunction in elderly patients with diabetes in Zhaoqing city

摘要 [目的]了解肇庆市老年糖尿病病人肌功能减退的现状及相关因素。[方法]选取2015年9月—2017年9月广东省肇庆市第一人民医院内分泌内科住院的老年糖尿病人158例为研究对象,采用生物电阻抗(BIA)方法对人体肌肉成分进行测定、使用握力仪测定握力、使用秒表测定步速,根据亚洲肌少症诊断标准诊断肌功能减退情况,分析老年糖尿病病人肌功能减退情况及相关因素。[结果]男性病人肌力减弱检出率为61.4%,女性病人肌力减弱检出率为62.7%,与体质指数(BMI)相关;男性活动能力低下检出率为47.0%,女性病人身体活动能力低下检出率为66.7%,与下肢骨骼肌量(ASM)显著相关;男性病人肌少症检出率为13.3%,女性病人肌少症检出率为4.0%,与性别、BMI相关(P<0.05)。[结论]BMI值、性别等因素是老年糖尿病病人肌功能减退发生的相关因素。 Objective:To understand the status quo and related factors of muscular dysfunction in elderly patients with diabetes in Zhaoqing City.Methods:A total of 158 elderly diabetic patients were enrolled in this study who admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,First People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province from September 2015 to September 2017.Bioelectrical impedance analysis(BIA)method was used to determine the muscle composition of the human body;a vibrator was used to measure the grip strength;a stopwatch was used to measure the pace;the hypoplastic condition was diagnosed according to the Asian Diabetic Diagnostic Criteria.The myocardial hypofunction and related factors in elderly diabetic patients were analyzed.Results:The detection rate of low muscle strength in male was 61.4%,that in female was 62.7%,which was related to body mass index(BMI)value;the detection rate of low activity in male was 47.0%,and that in female was 66.7%,which was significantly correlated with lower limbs ASM.The detection rate of low muscle mass in male was 13.3%,and that in female was 4.0%,which was significantly correlated with gender and BMI(P<0.05).Conclusions:BMI value,gender,and other factors were the related factors of muscle dysfunction in elderly patients with diabetes.
