摘要 针对FDM热熔性3D打印喷头受孔径和结构限制,容易出现物料供给不通畅和容易堵塞的缺陷,提出了一种新型3D打印喷头。通过三段式结构,实现了在两段锥形截面中间加入过渡面和过渡圆角的方法,实现了打印喷头内部流体的改进。根据热熔性丝材的特性与流场理论,对新型3D打印喷头进行流固耦合分析,发现打印喷头的内部流体流动矢量分布均匀、流动方向一致,而新型打印喷头的变形很小,仅为实体结构尺寸的2. 5%,验证了新型3D打印喷头设计的合理性。 In view of the defects of FDM hot-melt 3 D printing nozzle,which is limited by aperture and structure,and easy to be blocked,a new type of 3 D printing nozzle is proposed.By means of three-stage structure,the method of adding transition surface and transition corner between two conical sections is realized,and the improvement of the internal fluid of the printing nozzle is realized.According to the characteristics of hot-melt wire and flow field theory,the fluid-solid coupling analysis of the new type of 3 D printing nozzle was carried out.It was found that the distribution of fluid flow vectors inside the printing nozzle was even and the flow direction was the same,while the deformation of the new type of printing nozzle was very small,which was only 2.5%of the solid structure size.The rationality of the design of the new type of 3 D printing nozzle was thus verified.
