摘要
在工艺气体螺杆压缩机中,由于压缩机的齿间容积周期性的与排气孔口连通将造成气流脉动,使流动损失加大,从而引起附加能量损失,同时气流脉动还是产生振动噪声的主要原因之一。本文利用CFD技术,采用RNG k-ε模型对工艺螺杆压缩机排气腔内的压力、温度、速度的分布和涡带的变化进行了分析,从而得到不同工况下排气压力脉动的分布以及机体结构对排气脉动的影响,为机体结构的优化设计和减振降噪提供了理论依据。
In process gas screw compressors, the flowing loss is increased to bring additional energy loss as a result of gas pulsation which is arose by periodical connectivity between inter-tooth space and exhaustion porthole, meanwhile the gas pulsation is the one of main reasons to generate vibration and noise. So the paper analyzed pressure, temperature, velocity and vortieity line in exhaustion cylinder of process gas screw compressors by RNG κ-ε model of CFD. Obtain the distributing of pressure pulsation in different work conditions and the effect of machine structure. Afford the theoretical basis for optimum design of structure and reducing vibration and noise.
