摘要
基于标准的κ-ε方程湍流模型,采用CFD嵌入式滑移网格技术对双吸平衡式螺杆压缩机排气座进行非定常数值模拟,对其压力、温度以及涡动强度分布情况进行分析。并从不同工况下对排气座回流、涡流情况进行分析,给出排气座回流强度与压比以及阳转子转速之间的关系,从而为双吸平衡式螺杆压缩机排气口工程设计以及优化提供有利的依据。
Based on the standard turbulence model of κ-ε equation,in this paper CFD sliding meshing method was applied to make the unsteady numerical simulation on the exhaust seat of double suction balance type screw compressor,and the analysis of pressure,temperature and turbulence intensity distribution situation are made.Meanwhile,by the analysis of reflux and eddy of exhaust seat under different working conditions,the relationships among reflux intensity,pressure ratio and rotor speed of Yang rotor are obtained,as a result,the simulation provides favorable basis for the screw compressor suction,exhaust engineering design and the optimization of double suction balance type screw compressor.
