摘要
概述了钻机管柱自动化处理系统的技术现状,介绍了悬持式、推扶式、举升式和组合式管柱自动化处理系统的结构和性能特点。着重对国内目前已研制成功的4种管柱自动化钻机在现场应用及工业性试验等方面的情况分别做了描述。结合钻机自动化发展技术,提出今后石油钻机自动化技术将会朝着一键操作高效化、井下地质专家系统智能化和设备远程控制井场无人化3个方向发展。
The technology status of the automated pipe handling system of drilling rig has been generally over-viewed. The structure and performance characteristics ol the hanging, pushing, lilting and combined type automa-ted pipe handling systems have been introduced. Details have been focused on the field application and industrial test of the four kinds of successfully developed domestic automated pipe handling drilling rig. Considering the devel-opment of drilling rig automation technology, the future automated drilling rig is believed to further develop in the three directions of one-button operation high efficiency, downhole geological expert system intelligence, and equip-ment remote control unmanned wellsite.
